The refrigeration system keeps food at safe temperatures between -7°F and 0°F. The efficiency of this unit goes even further since it comes with a rugged built axial evaporator, that runs at low speeds and high air-flow volume.
The electronic control features a digital LED display which allows easy temperature monitoring and needed adjustments. In addition to this, commercial undercounter freezer 1 door 6 cu. ft. U-Star has an automatic defrosting schedule so you don’t have to worry when is the next time to do it.
Another addition to overall efficiency is insulation throughout with a foamed-in-place high density cell polyurethane insulation.
Doors are stainless steel exterior with an aluminum liner inside. Microswitch switch off the evaporator fans when the doors are open. Besides that, the door of commercial undercounter freezer 1 door 6 cu. ft. U-Star has recessed handles built in for easy opening and closing. It also comes with removable door gaskets for easy maintenance.
