When will I receive my order?

We ship orders each day until 2:00 PM. If you want your order to ship the same day, it’s the best to make an order before that time. Tracking numbers are usually sent up to 24 hours after the shipment has been dispatched.

If you order on Saturday night, your order will be shipped on Monday until 2:00 PM.

It may take up to 5 business days for your shipment to arrive, from the shipping date.

Where is my tracking number?

First thing to do is to check your Junk/Spam folder for emails sent from email address.

Tracking numbers are sent to customers up to 24 hours after an order has been shipped. Meaning, maximum time before getting a tracking number can in some cases be up to four days.

If, by than, you have not received your tracking number please fill out the form and open a support ticket, or better yet, call 1-800-208-8675 and raise an issue. We respond promptly and provide the best possible support.

What is a liftgate?

A liftgate is a platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.

Do you have financing option?

Yes we do. You can apply for financing by adding products to the cart and than selecting the Financing option from the cart page. Keep in mind than financing works only if your order exceeds $1,000.00 in total.

Can I return the order?

Yes you can!

You can return the order in 30 days after receiving it. Once you receive the order, the countdown starts.

This is why we urge our customers to inspect the order upon receiving it and report if they don’t find it to fit their needs.

Also, you can open a support ticket and ask for a return.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. In order to maintain our competitive prices, we charge 20% or 10$ restocking fee (whichever is greater) to cover the cost for items returned to our warehouse and processing back into stock. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Additionally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I pick up my order?

All orders placed through Kitchen Monkey store will be shipped to their destination. For safety, insurance, and logistical reasons, customers cannot pick-up orders.

Do you have a discount coupon code I can use?

Yes we do!

Often we advertise for the coupons customers can use to take advantage of a discount option.

Best way is to hit the chat button and ask one of the monkey agents about the available coupons…they almost always make the customers happy.

Make sure to ask for the coupon code! :)

Note: Depending on current market prices, some items may already be priced at their lowest.

How to apply a coupon code:

Once on the Cart page, please enter your coupon code in the appropriate coupon code field:

Then click on the Apply Coupon button to have the coupon applied to your cart.

You can also Save your Cart (requires registering Kitchen Monkey account) or even Email it to yourself for later use.

Yes, you can even combine multiple coupon codes (depends if coupon codes have limitations or not, please ask an agent about your coupon codes).
