During this time, we wanted to update all of our customers on what is happening at the Kitchen Monkey Store.
Our Customer Solutions remains open with the same hours of operation. Customer Solutions team members continue to communicate through phones, online chats, and email. Our Distribution Centers are continuing to ship orders, although there may be a delay of 3-4 days in some regions.
About 97% of our inventory is ready to ship within 1-4 business days, with the exception of some high demand-essential refrigeration equipment. We are working to get these SKUs back in stock ASAP and will update our website when they are ready to ship.
As we expect demand for janitorial supplies, sanitizers/disinfectants, disposable gloves, and other wellness safety products to continue growing, we are adjusting our inventory accordingly.
With news changing daily on how states are reacting to the COVID-19 virus, we want to encourage our customers to validate that their shipping address is serviceable in accordance with their local municipality. Our employees health and safety is our No. 1 priority, therefore we have advised them to stay home if they have any concerns or need to care for children that are home from school.
